Social Responsibility

Giving Back

We donate money to non-for-profit organizations (1) For Better Youth Inc. and (2) Mercy Home for Boys & Girls that assist at risk children in underprivileged communities located in Chicago, Illinois. These non-for profit organizations provide a combination of educational, health, and mentorship programs to teens while going onfun outings to parks, zoos, museums and more.

Computers

Our corporate partner donates computer equipment to Computers 2 SD Kids, which provides computer equipment to low-income families in San Diego County, California that cannot afford a computer. By placing computers in the homes of deserving children, Computers 2 SD Kids gives them the same opportunities that many of their classmates have, and positions them for success.

Volunteer Work

Every year we offer our tax professionals a paid leave, on the third Saturday in February, in order to prepare taxes in their community free of charge at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) or Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) Site. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $52,000 or less, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. In addition to VITA, the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) program offers free tax help for all taxpayers, particularly those who are 60 years of age and older, specializing in questions about pensions and retirement-related issues unique to seniors.
