Taxnet Financial Inc. is committed to maintaining transparency about our efforts to achieve the highest levels of public service responsibility, tax loan related product responsibility, environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
The principles of professional competence and due care imposes the following obligations on all of our employees:
(a) To maintain professional knowledge and skill at the level required to ensure that our clients receive competent professional tax services; and (b) To act diligently in accordance with applicable technical and professional standards while providing professional tax services.
Tax professionals have an important role that requires earning the trust of the public. Our primary responsibility is to prepare and submit accurate income tax returns to the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxing Authority on behalf of our clients.
We guarantee an accurate return: If our client or a tax professional makes an error that results in an inaccurate tax return, we will correct the error free of charge as a matter of company policy. In addition, provided we are notified in a timely manner our Company will pay any interest or penalty charges to the Internal Revenue Service or State Taxing Authority on behalf of our clients (some limitations apply).
We stay up-to-date with the tax code changes: We maintain knowledge of both federal and state tax laws by requiring continual professional education. Our employees continually enroll in tax courses and view IRS sponsored training webinars in order to stay abreast of tax topics.
We require qualified and licensed employees: All tax returns are reviewed by either a Certified Public Accountant “CPA” or an Enrolled Agent “EA” prior to submission. We believe having licensed professionals reviewing your tax return is a right of our clients not a privilege.
