We guarantee an accurate return
If our client or a tax professional makes an error that results in an inaccurate tax return, we will correct the error free of charge as a matter of company policy. In addition, provided we are notified in a timely manner our Company will pay any interest or penalty charges to the Internal Revenue Service or State Taxing Authority on behalf of our clients (some limitations apply).
We stay up-to-date with the tax code changes
We maintain knowledge of both federal and state tax laws by requiring continual professional education. Our employees continually enroll in tax courses and view IRS sponsored training webinars in order to stay abreast of tax topics
We require qualified and licensed employees
All tax returns are reviewed by either a Certified Public Accountant “CPA” or an Enrolled Agent “EA” prior to submission. We believe having licensed professionals reviewing your tax return is a right of our clients not a privilege.
